By opening an account with Obsidian Ebon Logistics you, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes.
1.Account Registration and Shipping Address
Once the account registration process is complete, customers will receive a unique mailbox number and our designated U.S.A. mailing address. All products should be shipped to this address for processing.
Customers must ensure that their shipping address is complete and accurate. Failure to do so may result in incorrect deliveries or additional charges for using an erroneous address.
2. Packaging Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that merchants or shippers package items appropriately for transit. Obsidian Ebon Logistics will not be held liable for any damage to items that are improperly packaged. Customers should ensure that items are adequately packed to withstand the shipping process and prevent harm to the goods, property, or individuals.
3. Liability Disclaimer
Obsidian Ebon Logistics will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods before they enter our network. This includes goods harmed by third parties such as online retailers, shipping carriers, or customs authorities.
We will also not be responsible for any damages or losses due to inadequate packaging. The responsibility for ensuring items are properly packaged rests entirely with the customer or the seller.
4. Lost or Misdelivered Items
Obsidian Ebon Logistics is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen goods before they enter our facility. Once the goods have entered our control, we will handle them in accordance with our procedures for delivery.
5. No Insurance Coverage
Currently, Obsidian Ebon Logistics does not offer insurance coverage for goods shipped through our service. As such, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of goods. All shipments are made at the customer’s risk.
6. Shipment Declaration
Customers are required to declare the contents of their shipment in accordance with local laws and regulations. If you do not agree with this requirement, you may seek alternative shipping options.
7. Packaging and Dispute Resolution
Obsidian Ebon Logistics is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes related to packaging or damage claims. Any issues related to packaging quality or damages must be handled directly between the customer and the seller or merchant.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipments comply with all applicable regulations and to maintain accurate and complete shipping information. Obsidian Ebon Logistics is not responsible for any loss or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
9. Termination of Service
Obsidian Ebon Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Obsidian Ebon Logistics reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
